Not your average Tap Room Manager. She’s actually in charge of virtually everything. Working day in and day out to bring you top notch tastings of our beers.

Employee number 1! He is our assistant brewer, where he methodically helps Daren craft amazing beers. Behind the scenes, he’s basically here to make Daren look good.

Also known for his work in water supply and wastewater for the brewery, Matt has been known to serve a pint or two, schmooze for far too long, or even fix some things. At one time, he even brewed beer.

While Kristen spends most of her time behind the scenes, she loves the opportunity to get behind the bar to pour a beer and chit-chat with the locals. She’s here for the game nights and of course BRUNCH!

The wearer of two hats, Madisyn expertly splits her time as an assistant brewer and a taproom manager. Another OG staff, Madi is passionate about bringing an exceptional pub experience to each and every customer.

Chrissy hails from her self-founded Cook Sisters Business. After a nearly 5 year stint rocking “Wally’s By Night” she comes to us excited to run our little kitchen at the brewery. She will craft yummy foods to pair with our beers and keep us intrigued with a rotating menu of tantalizing flavors.

Patti is another amazing addition to our team, and also hails from Cook Sisters. She’s probably the most organized person on our team, and demands that everyone follow suit! Patti is famous for her decadent and delightful desserts offered right here at the Pub!

You may recognize Wendy from “The Hive” food truck in South Hero where she spends most of her Summers. Wendy can do it all in the kitchen and inspires us with her organization and attention to detail. In fact Wendy often makes us all feel like we need to work a little harder to keep up!

Andrew comes to TH with years upon years of experience in a kitchen. He is passionate about the work he does and regularly wow’s us with his chopping skills.

Dan can be found in the kitchen rocking all the various kitchen tasks, running circles around other staff and beaming with a smile. Dan is the Man.

Matt (right) is no stranger to the #brewlife having come from Kraemer & Kin in Alburgh. He joins our kitchen staff in many roles, always sure to bring the #goodvibes. Fav beer of all-time: Turtle Bay

Food runner extraordinaire and “Sunday Reset” enthusiast, Micah can be found buzzing around the taproom several days a week.

Charlie is another hard-worker on our kitchen staff. He’s always sporting a smile and puts up with everyone’s shenanigans even if he’d rather be playing soccer.

Aleks has been rocking the dish and prep world since we opened in the new space! He lives for that pineapple soda (Jarritos) and any specials Andrew or Michael cook up.

Nathan has also been with us since the launch of the new space in 2023. He’s the bouncier of the brothers and is also hooked on the Jarritos. Find Nathan (and sometimes Aleks too) in their local EHS drama performances when they’re not in the TH kitchen!
